Junk Mar 18, 2010 The side came off the first day we used it. We glued it back. A week later one side of the shuffler failed. Pure junk, although it looks good. And we could find no way to return it because we had waited over 30 days to use it. I was disappointed in Amazon's lack of support.
Poor quality, broke quickly Mar 05, 2010 I bought this, based on generally positive reviews here in Amazon, for my wife who has arthritis and can't shuffle cards manually. When it arrived, we found that one of the wooden sides was not secured to the base and would pull out if you didn't handle it carefully. The thing ran OK albeit noisily, and didn't randomize cards very well, but it met my wife's needs for playing solitaire. However, it broke after only 2 weeks and perhaps 25 runs: the cards on one side stopped feeding in. I opened it up to see if I could repair it, and found a plastic drive gear had stripped its axle. Not recommended since it has no durability.
automatic card shuffler Feb 21, 2010 When i recived this product in the mail the sides were not attached. I hot glued them back on and it works fine. I used the shuffler at a poker night and it was good, it made mixing up the cards a bit easier when drinking.
Playing card shuffler Feb 11, 2010
I received 2 of these card shufflers, one fell apart after using for about 1 hour, had to re glue the whole thing back together. The other one has worked for about 4-5 hours and now shuffles when it wants to. I would not advise anybody to purchase these cheepley made products.
Da Vinci Deck Shuffler Feb 10, 2010 We ordered two, one for us and one for a gift. The plastic 'wood grain' is glued to the body of the item. One was fine, but the glue on the other was all dried out. The top lifts right off. When passing to the next dealer, you have to be careful to hang on to the bottom. The cards tend to get stuck in the middle, probably due to the ill-fitting sides. Quite disappointed.
