I live in a Senior/Disability Apartment Complex. We have bingo after our dinner each month. We had a cheap bingo game to use until I spotted this game on Amazon for 1/2 price. One of the residents goes to a local pharmacy that has $1 gifts (hand soap, kleenex, dishwashing soap, etc) for our prizes each month, and one resident volunteers to call bingo. They love the new game and now play 10 games/month. The quality of the game is fantastic for the money.

My seniors that I run a bingo for were very happy to see that we had some new equipment--a new cage and new balls. However, the cage, when pushing down the latch very tightly, lasted only about four turns. The ball were ovalish instead of round.
Luckily, my caller went out to his car and got his tool set and finally fixed the cage and we replaced the balls. It is now working, but no thanks to you.

I purchased the Da Vinci Deluxe Bingo Set through Amazon (sold by ChipsandGames) based on the photo. My Dad is living in a Retirement Home & he wanted to replace their old Bingo set. The Da Vinci Deluxe Bingo Set looked exactly like the one they had. I never realized how difficult it is to find a good Bingo set with wooden balls and a wooden base to store the chosen balls. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday with the Super Saver on shipping. [Thanks Amazon!]
My husband & I brought the Bingo set to the Retirement Facility and they were so excited about the new game. I heard everything is wonderful from the Activity Leader.
The only comment I want to make is that when I received the Bingo Set....the Bingo Balls were numbered but NOT lettered as the photo showed. I wrote to ChipsandGames with of a copy of the advertisement that enticed me to choose that particular set. I had asked if we could 'exchange' the numbered balls for the "Lettered and Numbered" balls. Within days of our correspondence, I am happy to say that ChipsandGames has sent me what I had asked for. I love this bingo set! It works perfectly, no major problems at all. The only minor thing is that the ball cage moves around when you spin the balls. I simply clamped the cage to a moderately heavy piece of wood and applied a piece of rug grip to the bottom of the wood. Problem solved. I haven't had any of the issues mentioned by other buyers of this game. My friends and I played the other night and had a blast! I recommend it!
