 Broken beauty Jan 27, 2010
It's a beautiful set but arrived broken. There is not enough packaging to securely transport this poker set. Considering it's weight and size, the seller needs a lot of improvement in terms of shippng to get it to you in one piece. But hey, that's what you get for buying a cheap toy, right?

After a couple of sneaky nights researching poker chip sets for my boyfriend, I finally concluded that this was the set to get him for his birthday. It seemed to be a great buy for its great quality. I read the reviews and compared the contents to other sets (as I am completely in the dark about poker and everything that involves poker...) the description, specs, and pictures for this case set was extremely helpful and I was completely satisfied when the set finally arrived. It took just about the alloted time to arrive...right to the earliest eta. I peeked in the package to approve of the set before I wrapped and gift it for my boyfriend. When he got around to opening it (two days before his birthday, since I was completely too anxious) and he LOVED it. This was the perfect suprise gift. It was easy on my budget and super exceeded the quality. He tells all his friends what he got for his birthday, and even they have approval of the way cool gift he got. Now I'm afraid I cannot top this gift! lol

no grooves, very slippery Jul 16, 2009
Just played first night of poker with these chips and I have to say that although they look and feel nice enough, they have no grooves, so they stacks are constantly falling down. Even just ten high, your stacks will constantly be collapsing at the slightest touch. Not a good purchase at all.

I ordered 1000 chips from this company. I received two DIFFERENT styles of the same chip that did not stack up to the same height. This is a huge problem to any poker player. I spent 26 days of emails and phone calls and the problem was never fixed. Totally DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER shop here again!
Excellent Quality Chips May 08, 2009
I got these chips awhile ago for a friend, and since then I've used them a handful of times. Each time the chips have been great. Sturdy, nice feel, nice weight and overall great chips. The case is also quite nice and holds all of the chips (natrually). I would definately recommend these chips to anyone looking for a (new) set.
